Vanya and Sonia have embraced their adult duties by taking care of their aging parents through to the bitter end.  Their movie start sister, Masha, has paid for itall, but has not participated in the daily grind.  When these two worlds collide, the family dynamics are both entertaining and touching.  Hurt feelings, ridiculous misundstandings, a visionary housekeeper, a sudly guest, and missed opportunities fill the Pennsylvania farmhouse.
